Dale Graschelle hospitalized
Pray for Dale and Carolyn Graschelle. He was in Methodist Hospital last week with extreme edema. They were able to drain about 20 lbs of fluid from him according to Carolyn. Dale went back into Community East Hospital Tuesday evening after being disoriented and vomiting blood. When I left him around 12:30 a.m. Carolyn sat dutifully but concerned with her kids Vonda and Tom nearby for support. Dale was sedated but stable. He is on a ventilator. His kidneys aren't functioning well and of course his congestive heart failure doesn't help. He knows his church family is praying for him.

New Blog for NPUMC
Christian friends,
This has been a tough winter on some of our members. We lost a great, caring and loving missionary for our chuch, Vicki Brittain. She fought the good fight. She kept a positive attitude through it all, but in the end God needed her with Him. Kay Gumberts lost her mother. JT had ear surgery. Stephanie Prince was in the hospital with abdominal pain. Johnny Barrett is still in the hospital after lung surgery and renal failure. Milly Tucker was hospitalized with breathing problems. Linda Quick went in to have some foot problem looked at and ended up with surgery and some foot bones "tightened." The list goes on and on...
With this blog, it is my intent to keep those who log in updated on some of our members and friends. I KNOW I will miss some important people and their individual issues, but it won't be intentional. If you have been here and recognize an obvious omission, call or email me.
